Dale Thompson - Vocalist
Dale Thompson is the lead singer and co-founder of the Christian
rock band Bride. He has recorded 8 full length records with
Bride and 3 solo records. His solo material is blues oriented
however it has been labeled acid blues in the vain of Tom
Waits. Dale has been voted the singer of the year 4 years
straight by HM Magazine readers pole and has been the recipient
of the prestigious Dove Award on 4 occasions (Christian music's
highest honor). He has traveled the world with Bride performing
to massive crowds of 130,000 in Sao Paulo Brazil and touring the
United States, Scandinavia and Europe extensively.
Dale lives 30 miles south of Louisville Ky with his wife and 3
sons. Important facts: favorite color is black because it makes
you look thinner, born on Friday 13th in the month of December.
Hobbies are boxing and writing.
